"We had a fantastic time and did not want to leave."

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at Secrets Capri and had an amazing time. The hotel is of a very high standard, with a good entertainment schedule, great service, and excellent food. It was great to be able to lie on the beach and have waiter service for drinks and food during the day.

On arrival, the porter took our bags, sat us down and gave us a glass of champagne and a cold towel. It was a great touch after a hot journey. The restaurants are fantastic and are very nice that there is no restriction on how often you can visit each restaurant. It is also fantastic not having to wear a wristband or book restaurants. There is a really good choice of restaurants and all serve delicious, well-cooked food. We also had room service a few times. There is also a fridge in the room, which is stocked daily with soft drinks, beer and water. There were miniature spirits and Pringles delivered daily as well.

Our room was very comfortable and had a partial sea view. We had booked a garden view but were upgraded for free, otherwise, I don't think it is worth paying extra for a sea view unless you are guaranteed an unrestricted view as there were only a handful of rooms that looked straight out on to the sea. There was never a shortage of sun loungers at the pool area or on the beach, and the big fluffy towels are provided every morning. The beach has beautiful golden sand and is kept very tidy by the man that rakes it every day!

Overall, this is a great hotel to stay in. We had a fantastic time and did not want to leave. Definitely one to recommend.

"Everything was perfect!"

My husband and I spent our honeymoon last year at Secrets Capri. When we arrived, we were dropped off right in front of the doors. From then on, everything was perfect! Bellboys rushed right out to grab our bags, so we didn't even have to carry them in ourselves. Front doors were held open for us with a smile and "Hola amigos".

Cold towels and champagne were brought right over to us to cool off, and we were ushered to the front desk. Check in was quick. Bellboys took the bags to our room for us. We spent the 10 days lounging on beach and pool, having drinks and whatever we wanted to eat brought right to us poolside. Waiters came by pretty regularly to see if we needed anything, and they were always very nice. The 24-hour room service was really good and we received quick service. Drinks were also available 24 hours a day.

We went to the spa one day and took advantage of the complimentary massages that were included in our honeymoon package. I had the Swedish massage, and my husband had the deep tissue massage. The spa is lovely, serene and peaceful. Our honeymoon package also included a romantic dinner on the beach, which we did, and absolutely loved. They served Filet Mignon and did an excellent job of meeting our every need. The beach was deserted so the dinner was very private.

I believe that anyone would love this resort as long as they are looking for a relaxing experience.

"I would recommend this resort to any of my family or friends."

We celebrated our 33rd anniversary at Secrets Capri the first week of July 2009. Secrets Capri is a relatively small and intimate resort compared to others on the Riviera Maya. If you are looking to relax around the pool or on the beach during the day and enjoy a nice meal in the evening with a variety of entertainment, Secrets Capri is a must. Nightly entertainment included Karaoke, live music and dinner on the beach, a close-up slight of hand artist, disco dancing and dance lessons, "Resort Idol" night with live band backing up hotel guests as singers.

Personal service at the pool and on the beach was a new experience for us. Having a friendly, eager to please waiter bring us drinks, sandwiches, even a pepperoni pizza right to our chaise lounges at the pool raises Secrets Capri to a higher level.

Tubs of ice cold bottled water near the pool and beach for the taking. Big beach towels in abundance near the pool and beach. There was an abundance of rafts in the pool. I would recommend this resort to any of my family or friends.

"We stayed at Secrets Capri and this resort blew us away!"

For being a bit older, this resort was spotless! When we walked into our room, there was serene music playing, robes, slippers and incense. There was also Cokes and Corona’s in our fridge. The service was impeccable-- they always answered "It's my pleasure." when you said thank you for something. The restaurants were excellent and you did not have to make reservations so we never felt the pressure.

The spa was one of the best that we have been too. When we arrived, we got a free ticket to do a hydrotherapy session and that was amazing! You were also able to "rent" movies for free with the concierge-- no charge, just your name They also had chocolate covered strawberries everyday around 4pm! One of our favorite things was room service. We could call the night before and order breakfast at whatever time and they were always on time that next morning.

We would definitely go back to Mexico and Secrets Capri!

"Service is impeccable"

Wow! This resort is fantastic! I would like to say that this is one of the best vacation decisions I've made. When I arrived they greeted me with a cool towel, a glass of champagne and the floor concierge walked me to my room while introducing me to the hotel. The moment I arrived, I was either beach side, pool side or by the Jacuzzi. The entire resorts service is impeccable. They are so polite and helpful. There's plenty of onsite poolside and beachside activities. Both pool side and beach side service is outstanding. The resort is very intimate and private. The pool is huge with, of course, a swim up bar. It was, hands down, the best resort experience to date. I will certainly be going back as quickly as I can!
