The Gatherings, Getaways & Groups promotion is valid on all new reservations and requests. Guests must check with their local Tour Operator or Travel Agent to confirm that this promotion is available during preferred dates. All reservations must be booked through the same source in order to qualify for this offer. Entire promotion is based on adult double occupancy. All reservations are subject to availability and can be closed out at any time. Blackout dates may apply.

For Travel in 2013
The Gatherings, Getaways & Groups promotion is valid on all new reservations and requests made from now through May 31, 2013 for travel from April 20, 2013 through August 23, 2013 at the following resort(s):

For Travel in 2014
The Gatherings, Getaways & Groups promotion is valid on all new reservations and requests made from May 9, 2012 through November 8, 2013 for travel from January 2, 2014 through April 25, 2014; bookings made from May 9, 2012 through December 6, 2013 for travel from April 26, 2014 to August 22, 2014 and for bookings made from May 9, 2012 through March 7, 2014 for travel from August 23, 2014 to December 23, 2014.

Redemption Procedure
Guests booking directly, at either SecretsResorts.com or calling 866-GOSECRETS, must designate a group leader to complete the form at http://amresorts.com/promotions/3g/secrets.html in order to redeem this promotion. If guests booked through a travel agent or tour operator, they must contact them directly for their booking procedures on this promotion. Form must be completed or the travel agent/tour operator must be notified, 30 days prior to arrival. The refund of the sixth room will not be issued until 7 days prior to travel.

There is a 6 room minimum for this offer and a 20 room maximum, including complimentary rooms. Social groups are defined as groups that do not require any additional services, planned events, meeting space, food and beverage events, etc. Any group requiring services of any kind must be directed to the hotel's Groups Sales Manager and are subject to a surcharge.

Additionally, each group will receive the following:

• Private check-in is only applicable when the group arrives at the hotel at the same time, and when the hotel has been notified at least 7 days prior to arrival.
• Every sixth room within the group will be complimentary with a maximum of three complimentary rooms per group booking (room nights calculated daily and are not cumulative). It is not required to have 5 rooms in the same room category in order to receive the 6th room free. The free room will be given in the lowest room category with the lowest rate. Additionally, the complimentary room will be given for the same number of nights that the majority of the rooms have been booked. (i.e. – If 5 rooms are booked for 5 nights and 1 room booked for 3 nights, the 1 room for 3 nights booked would be free because that room holds the lowest value). Complimentary rate is based on adult double occupancy. Any additional guests in the complimentary room will be subject to additional fees.
• $200 in resort coupons per room based up on adult double occupancy. For single occupancy rooms, only $100 in resort coupons will be issued. Rules of use apply and are listed below. Resort coupons are not combinable with any other offer.

Resort Coupons
Resort coupons are applicable at the Spa (up to $40 USD per every 50-minute treatment), romantic dinners (up to $60 USD per every romantic dinner scheduled with the concierge) and up to $10 USD for every bottle of wine purchased.

Resort coupons cannot be applied toward the following items: beauty salon services, spa product purchases, telephone charges, dolphin experiences, gift shop purchases, boutique purchases, internet service, marina services, dive shop, medical services, car rentals and travel agency services. Resort coupons must be redeemed at the time of reservation or service. Resort coupons do not hold any cash or commercial value, and are not refundable and are non-transferable.

Resort coupons are not applicable for tips, taxes, private functions and/or special events such as Christmas and New Year's gala dinners. Resort coupons are not accumulative and cannot be combined with any other promotion or special offer including, but not limited to spa treatment discounts. They are only valid during the original stay and cannot be deducted upon check out.

Complimentary Wedding Packages
Complimentary Wedding Package is combinable with Groups, Gatherings & Getaways only when all of the requirements and conditions of the complimentary wedding package are separately met outside of the Groups, Gatherings & Getaways room count. Meaning, the required room category (varies by resort) needs to be booked for 7 nights, or 5 rooms in any category need to be booked for a minimum of 3 nights. The rooms booked counting towards the complimentary wedding package cannot be counted as part of the rooms receiving the Groups, Gatherings & Getaways promotion. For example, if there is a wedding of 10 rooms, and the bride and groom book the required room category for 7 nights, they can get the complimentary wedding package and the other 9 rooms would qualify for Groups, Gatherings & Getaways. Another example would be if there is a wedding group of 20 rooms for 3 nights, 5 rooms would apply for the complimentary wedding package, but then only 15 would be eligible for the promotion, meaning only 2 complimentary rooms would be obtained.

This promotion is based on adult double occupancy and is combinable with early booking bonuses and other promotions however, cannot be combined with other Groups Promotions. This offer is not combinable with other groups' promotions Standard contracted cancellation, and no show policies apply. Restrictions may apply and this entire offer is based on availability. Blackout dates and restrictions may apply. Employees of tour operators and wholesalers do not qualify.
