"It was awesome!"

We just got back from a week long stay at Secrets Silversands Riviera Cancun and it was awesome! I did not want to come home and would love to go back many times. The room was beautiful with any and all amenities and a gorgeous ocean view. The staff was happy, efficient and very hard working. They did anything they would do anything to make our stay more enjoyable.The food was nothing short of incredible. The meals were relaxing in beautiful atmospheres and food presentation was off the chain. The breakfast and lunch buffets were more casual, but equally delicious and diverse. There were many fun activities and great prizes for game winners (like a couple's massage). The best part for me (a mom of 3 and grandmother of 2) was the fact that there were no children there. The pools were calm and relaxing which is exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this resort.

"If you are considering a trip to Secrets Silversands, GO!"

My boyfriend and I just returned from a wonderful week at this special resort. We are sophisticated world travelers and have stayed at the finest hotels and resorts around the world. If you are considering a trip to Secrets Silversands, GO! I cannot come up with a single bad word about this resort. It was absolutely wonderful. The rooms are large, new and lovely. The restaurants are all great with every meal better than the last. And the staff is just wonderful - so sweet and eager to please. It is a terrific spot. The beach is wonderful. We loved to lounge in the awesome lobby bar on the chaise lounges and watch the guests flow by. GO!

"The guests were treated like royalty."

My husband and I braved the swine flu media frenzy and just returned from a five night stay at Secrets Silversands Riviera Cancun. Due to the swine flu scare, the resort was only 10% full - too bad for all those who cancelled. They missed out. It was wonderful.

The 50 or so guests were treated like royalty. The staff was excellent. We all felt like we were part of an exclusive beachside country club. We got to know each other and the staff got to know us, by name! We spent relaxing days by the pool and beach, evenings with great entertainment and had a nice group hanging out by the outside bar all night, drinking and talking as well as sampling rounds of fun shots made by Javier. We got to know some great folks from all over the country!

Because of the low occupancy, only one restaurant was open each night for dinner. But the hosts were very accommodating and we were able to order from any of the other restaurants menu. We enjoyed the variety and tried each place. Bordeaux was our favorite meal, my husband had a wonderful filet and I had salmon, well prepared and presented beautifully. Room service was excellent and fast when we did order.

We thoroughly enjoyed lounging around all day - enjoying our drinks, iPods, good books, and good conversation. We loved Secrets Silversands and would definitely return.

My husband and I spent a week at Secrets Silversands Rivieria Cancun. The service was amazing especially the pool and beach wait staff. As soon as we got settled in our chair, they were right there to ask if we needed anything to drink or eat. Every restaurant was so nice. The Himitsu restaurant is excellent, especially where you sit at the Hibachi grill. The more you egg on the cook, the more tricks he'll do. There are several wines included and the resort features a wine tasting to try all of them. There are also several wines not included. They have a huge temperature-controlled wine cellar. Ask to go inside and check it out. It's pretty neat. The entertainment staff works hard to make sure you have a good time. They were always playing in the pool with people, bingo at the beach bar, or just chatting with people at the bar. If you're sitting around and something is about to happen, they'll come by and tell you. It's not high-pressure or annoying, but it's nice to know something is about to happen and they welcome you to join.
Hope you have fun at Secrets Silversands. It's a great choice and we were really happy with everything!
