With more than 10 dive sites conveniently located 10 minutes boat ride away, divers can book a morning dive and be back at their resort by lunch time. Experience a unique dive vacation with SeaPro Divers, a PADI 5 Star Dive Center and the official Water Sports Center for Dreams Palm Beach Punta Cana. 

Apart from Scuba Diving, hotels guests can participate in a variety of aquatic activities like snorkeling excursions, party boats, parasailing, tours of Catalina Island, and even tube rides. In addition to excursions, SeaPro Divers provide guests with non-motorized water sports equipment right on property. 

PADI Dive Course Information

SeaPro Divers offers PADI courses at Dreams Palm Beach in English, Spanish, French and German for divers of all levels. First time divers can participate in the PADI Discover Scuba Diving program, an introductory dive consisting of a theory class, pool training session and one ocean dive. 

Guests looking to become certified divers can register for the PADI Open Water Diver program, the most popular and recognized dive course in the world. Confined water sessions will take place in the hotel pool, while theory sessions will take place inside the dive center. 

Diving for certified divers

Certified divers can join daily local dives from 10 different dive sites around Punta Cana: 

  • 9:30am to 12:15pm – Double tank dive 

In addition, divers can participate in dive excursions that visit some of the top dive sites in the Dominican Republic: 

  • Saona Island Diving and Snorkeling 
  • Catalina Island Diving and Snorkeling 
  • Wreck Dive Excursion

The official dive center for Dreams Palm Beach Punta Cana, SeaPro Divers, is located right on the beach of your resort. The PADI 5 Star Dive Center organizes daily dive trips for certified divers, as well as dive courses for first time divers. 

Dive Excursions

Aside from local diving, SeaPro Divers organizes dive and snorkel excursions to explore some of the most vivid dive sites in the Dominican Republic. 

Catalina Island Excursion 

An island national park, Catalina Island boasts two great dive sites; the Wall and Aquarium. Snorkelers will have the opportunity to snorkel during this excursion, while divers can scuba dive. Lunch and drinks will be provided at a private beach club on the Island. 

Saona Island Excursion 

Discover the stunning reefs near Saona Island. During this excursion, divers will visit two dive sites and one snorkeling site for snorkelers. Lunch and drinks will be served at Saona Island.
